General

Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like and add these to your cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in your payment details to complete your order.

 

You can order items from Leo Mosk’s Shop without setting up an account. We recommend that you do set up an account. You can easily track your order, view purchase history and save your information to speed up the order check out for future purchases.

Our items are limited in stock but if one of them went out of stock, just drop us an email and you’ll be the first to know when it gets back in stock.

Placing an Order

Making an order is very easy. Select the item(s) you like and add them to your cart.

Make sure you check the Size chart.

Once you have everything you want in your cart, continue to fill in all details in Latin letters to complete your order and get to the payment section to complete your order. 

 

We accept multiple payment methods. Paypal , Visa, Mastercard. Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, Giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort.

A surcharge may apply.

 

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we send a confirmation email to the corresponding e-mail address given in the order.

Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking information via e-mail (also check your SPAMS).

 

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the following form. Indicate your full name, details and ORDER NUMBER.

Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will unfortunately not be able to change your order.

 

It is not possible to cancel the order yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible by using the following form, so we can cancel the order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

However, if the order has been shipped already, you must follow our Return Policy.

Shipping and handling costs are calculated at the checkout. They may vary according to your location. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes that may apply in your region.

 

One your order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the address yourself.

However, you can contact us as soon as possible by filling the contact form here. We DO NOT guaranty that we will be able to change your address in time. Once the order has been handed over for shipment by our warehouse, we are unable to change your address.

If you wish to return your order or a particular item, please contact us through this form. Your rights as a consumer are explained in the Return Policy. We recommend to always use tracking and insurance while choosing a shipment method.

We will inspect the items thoroughly. The quality of the returned items and your compliance with the Return Policy will be checked to determine whether you are entitled to a refund. For a refund, the same method is used as your payment method.

We also recommend that you always use tracking and insurance while choosing a shipment method.
